AC grills- worst experience with Brook McIntye. I told I could get a part before the holidays if I paid an extra fee, I really needed it so I paid to have it expedited needless to say I didn’t get the part. So I called after the holidays and I ask Ms Brook how could we make this right and she went on to tell me something about in the future I should do things differently, first that not her place, but secondly if this is how you talk to and treat paying customers. I may need to take my business else where. Not happy at all!
