If I could I would leave Zero stars. And frankly, the existence of zero as an option feels too generous. Let me be crystal clear about what Air Services Unlimited actually is: a company that takes your money, makes promises they have absolutely no intention of keeping, and disappears when you need them most. Daniel Kibodeaux with Air Services Unlimited did an outstanding job repairing duct board damage that was originally caused about 10 years ago by one of the company's technicians who fell through it while working in the attic. At the time, I was only provided with two rolls of specialty AC duct tape to address the damage. Daniel took the time to properly repair the duct board and ensure the job was done right.
