Owner told my elderly mother pump was bad and it would take 6-8 weeks for the part and fix. Or he could put in a new air handler unit for $4000 that same day and was pressuring her to do it. (They installed this unit 6 years ago) Thankfully she called me and I told her to hold off. I researched the pump that it needed and found it available for next day delivery. I could not be happier with the service I received from **** ***** and the team from Air Secure. My problem was initially intermittent and they made several trips out when it would, of course, work just fine, and they didn't charge me. When my problem suddenly became constant and the house temps were in the 50s, I made a frantic call one evening and they squeezed me in the next day. This weekend we had snow and ice and temps near zero. I realized about midnight on Saturday that our furnace was not working. I called many HVAC companies only to be told that the soonest they could come would be Monday or Tuesday. I called **** on Sunday morning. He answered the phone directly.
