I had a very disappointing experience trying to connect with this business. After being put on hold through the talk box twice I was left without any response both times. When I followed up with a phone call, rather than receiving assistance, I was met with clear annoyance. I was accused of soliciting (I was not), told I needed an appointment, and when I simply asked who to make that appointment with, I was put on hold again with no resolution. So nervous flying our dog from Dublin to Miami. But Daire was so sweet to him. I know when we left he was in good care. He was in surprising good (not amazing but happy enough) form when we picked him up on the other side. A great experience overall.
