Air Rite has always had great customer service and are willing to help with issues. My furnace is 35 years old and they were able to give me a replacement motor when other stores said 'thats too old'. Highly recommend
I can say. Once you buy from them . No.. refunds!!!! Sold me an open box . Inducer for a furnace. I didn’t need it! It was my problem not theirs . I was told this is not Walmart!’!! Very nasty ! !! My furnace broke, and I was able to get a replacement motor from them. They had it in stock. They offer residential services to install the product. I am glad a friend recommended me to them. I will definitely go back to them for other services.
The name of this service was on my furnace. When our AC broke, I called them to ask if had any idea to fix. They sent out a service technician, who told me there was nothing they could do. They charged me $75 for the technician to come tell me the AC was broken. Then they sent out -- over a week later -- a sales person to tell me about my options to replace. Quote was for thousands of dollars more than any other quote I got from competitors.
