Jason provided excellent customer service. He is always prompt, efficient and friendly. He installed a brand new air conditioner for me and has checked multiple times to make sure there are no problems. He is honest and great to work with. I would highly recommend using Air Right for your heating and air conditioner needs!!!

Was very rude over the phone and in person did a rush job and didn’t fix anything Jason was very disrespectful and got aggressive towards me. Do not do business with them.

Jason Butler came out to my home after a weekend of no air conditioning July 1st. June 21st, I also had a service call since my unit has been running poorly. It wouldn't cool for many hours. I was dissapointed and didn't think we would locate help so quickly. My 3 year old son, and mother were sweating with me. Our tech, Mr. Jason Butler was quick to repair a fan motor. I know who to call next time our ac man fails us. They know how to run a business at Air Right!!!

If you want a trustworthy, and dependable HVAC technician, then Jason at Air Right is who you should call. Jason is friendly, and he’s honest. After our A/C unit stopped working back in June 2023, he gave us a quote immediately and repaired our unit as soon as we secured financing. He even assisted us with financing through Alabama Power. Here we are one year later and our unit is still running efficiently, and Jason is still just as reliable as he was from day one. Call Air Right today!
