We have a home warranty that was used to seek help for our AC repair. The call went (and boy we are glad) to Air Right LLC Heating and Air. Within 1 1/2 hours of requesting help, their technician Jason Butler called my wife and said he was on the way out. He arrived and immediately went to work diagnosing our issue, with the compressor operation, and in no time we had cold air blowing again. Came to the house through my home warranty program made a mess did not clear the drain line. When asked about the mess and water on my drywall and all over the attic, he got very irate and aggressive, shoulders back and chest out and in my face. Told him that he had to leave my house. Would never recommend or use this guy again. Called another HVAC Company out the next day and had the line cleared!

Jason arrived at my business for an emergency a/c repair…. He remediated the problem & did NOT overcharge me for the extended length of time he was onsite…. Having met several local companies over the past 8 years of service requirements, overcharging by a competitor has occurred. I can only state that his will be the number I call from now on….!!
