This company is a complete scam. I purchased a brand-new AC system from them two years ago, and from the very beginning it wasn’t cooling properly. When I called them for service, it took about a month for a technician to come out. After inspecting the unit, he simply added refrigerant (Freon) and told me everything was fine. Fast, professional, and great service. Our technician Jonathan was very insightful and quickly diagnosed what was wrong with our AC unit. He explained everything in great detail and even allowed us to borrow a window unit during the days that it took us to process everything, exceptional customer care. I highly recommend Air Rey to anyone looking for a reliable company, one that will be available to help you quickly and efficiently. Funnily enough, we heard about them via radio, great timing.

When I contacted the company they arranged to come out immediately for a free quote , which I appreciated because a lot of companies charge. Luis Miranda was the sales representative who came out to assess and gave me my options . After I decided we would need a new system , Luis patiently helped us decide on the best financing options. The crew was out the next day installing a complete new system , worked all day and got the job completed . The rain did not stop them at all. Very hard workers. Thank you , The Ayala Family
