Wayne came out, found the problem and fixed it within minutes. I am so impressed with his abilities and demeanor.
Aaron came out right on time, diagnosed my issue and explained options to avoid future breakdowns. Had the motor part replacement part on his truck & my home is already cooling down. Very satisfied with this local service provider.
My air conditioning stopped working on a Sunday at Noon. BY 3 pm, the owner of the business was at my home and had it fixed. His business and family are Celina based. If you live here, Prosper or Gunter, because no brainer of all time to call them first. FYI ... I never do reviews.
They have done good work for me in the past. However, I started their regular service schedule where I pay monthly and they are supposed to come out 2x a year to maintain the equipment and they have not come out in over a year. The last issue was that I scheduled an appointment for last Friday and they did not show up but also didn’t even contact me and I’ve continued to be charged every month. Pretty bummed about this because I previously liked them.
