Called Air Repair Repair pros on a sunday and they came same day to see why my furnace stopped heating. Their technician told me that the repair ws going to be over $700 and that the parts would potentially be backordered for 6 weeks. He also wanted to me to pay upfront. I got a second opinion from a family friend who fixed my furnance simply by cleaning the flame sensor and charged me $100. Watch out for the shaddy upsell!
Buyer Beware: $9 part for $349! It is important that you understand that these guys are gouging and fleecing unsuspecting people. They have a entire process of getting the part installed in 5 min, THEN telling you that you owe $349 + INSTALL -- that is a 4000% markup. What makes these guys even worse is they claim to have "core values" and when I mentioned my frustration they had a damage control representative on call to try and keep me from expressing my opinion. I called on Saturday at 8pm. They promptly arrived at 10am, which was great because I was expecting 10-12. They were knowledgeable, clean, and professional. You could tell these guys had decades of experience. They didn’t try to sell me a new unit. They troubleshooted tested and we have cool air again. I even joined their comfort club- nice value (annual heating and ac maintenance and discount for repairs.Thanks for excellent work!
I don't know if anyone else's a.c. company makes a point to fix your problem the day of even if its after hours, goes out their way to explain why the problem happened, show pictures from before and after it's fixed, all for way less than others quoted.. If not, call Air Repair, ask for Jason and let them show you why they are the Pros. Thanks again for everything.You guys are awesome!!!
Quoted price and two weeks later price was double?? Not a good business practice...
