These guys are great! We were having issues with our air conditioner, which was original to our house. It turned out it needed to be replaced. They ordered our new unit on Tuesday and it was in the shop by Friday. They even came out on Sunday to install it. We are so thankful to be cool again!!
Did a good job replacing a broken pipe at my bathroom sink. They were on time and very professional.
What I'm really mad about is the customer service of the company, McAtee Plumbing, Heating and Air in Clarksburg, WV (we're in SC!). Our water heater is still under warranty and they were supposed to have replaced it last Friday but when no one showed up they rescheduled us for the following Wednesday. I guess not having hot water (for a family of 5) because it keeps flooding the pilot light, losing GALLONS and GALLONS of water a day isn't a priority because I asked if they could rearrange their schedule to work this in befo... read more
John was rock star AWESOME! It took him only a minute to assess the situation and asked to walk around the house to makes sure there wasn't a bigger issue looming around. He quickly figured out which drain went outside in less than a minute. Today is Sunday! I was excited that he wasn't making me wait till Monday.
