I expected a simple install and that is what I received, the ductless system was up and operating in about three hours. The technician detailed each process, even making sure the outdoor unit was set for maximum effectiveness.
Nice job cleaning the vents.
I figured it would take most of the afternoon to put in, but they had it done in under four hours plus even fixed a small problem I had with my old setup. This experience was easier than my prior AC install which was delayed due to a lost part.
The problem was old duct work that needed to be replaced. Install went well and only took a few hours to finish. They should have been more upfront with final pricing prior to starting.
Fixed the issue, cool air restored.
