This company was too high. The owner seems not to care that his technicians don't have the basic knowledge on how to repair a system. All they want to do is sell you a new one. Their front office has a 4th grade intelligence and can't take simple requests. I finally received a call from the owner's son and he's no help either.
My upstairs air conditioner was running hot. I called Air Ref and they sent out a guy two days later. He proceeded to tell us that several things had been done incorrectly during our recent home renovation and that he would have to come back to redo most of that work.
