He came and installed a Brand New A/C at my home. Was reasonably priced but mostly I was astounded with his punctuality, speed, professionalism and knowledge. (Very rare in the last 6 A/C companies I've dealt with over my last 10 yrs. Most workers want to do the bare minimum and leave as fast as that can) He wore shoe covers and placed tarps down everywhere he walked (and worked) as to not get anything dirty. I was in shock. My AC was leaking. I was referred by a friend to call Air R US, Steve came out in 2 hours, found the problem, showed me the frozen areas and explained to me what repairs were needed. He told me to leave the AC on fan and let the system thaw out overnight. He came back early the next day and fixed up my AC in a timely manner. AC is running great and no more leaks. Super, excellent, friendly, fast and reliable service at very fair and reasonable prices!!! When the job was done, I wanted to kick myself for not remembering to purchase new thermostats to change out two old, ugly ones which were already in my newly purchased home that barely worked up to our expectations. NO PROBLEM! Air R Us had brand new (and fancy!) digital thermostats conveniently available! I'm impressed and more than satisfied with the service I received! Air R Us IS the only air conditioning company I call!
