Brad is fabulous. He is easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and willing to share knowledge. I really prefer good, reliable smaller businesses and AQS is the reason why. Helpful office staff who know their business.
I've hired AQS twice, once to get a failing AC unit back online and the second time to replace our Furnace and AC. Both times they were very helpful, patient, resourceful, and price competitive. There are a lot of big companies in town, but AQS provides that local experience while still having the expertise (if not more) than the bigger HVAC companies in town. Our heating system saw it's last day a couple of days back, and my landlord called Air Quality Services quickly, and they responded just as fast and came out the next day, 12.23.2024. The diagnosis was quick, and they let us know we needed a new system. They were out TODAY, Christmas Eve! They were on time, quick, and super friendly! I would recommend AQS to all! 10 stars if that were an option!
Great professional, winter furnace check up! My furnace is 13 years old, and I wanted to make sure I don't have problems heading into the cold months. Todd was excellent. He checked the thermostat and made adjustments to the readings and cleaned the parts - all for an extremely reasonable price! I highly recommend AQS!
