Before I called AQS, I called the company that had done the furnace in my new to me home a long time ago and they were quick to recommend lots of bells and whistles at emergency pricing. Bernie came out and gave me a quote, very reasonable and didn't push anything he saw as unnecessary. Their installers got to me the next day, were cool dudes and super conscientious of my white carpet even though I told them they couldn't be worse than my dogs .
Brad is fabulous. He is easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and willing to share knowledge. I really prefer good, reliable smaller businesses and AQS is the reason why. Helpful office staff who know their business.
I've hired AQS twice, once to get a failing AC unit back online and the second time to replace our Furnace and AC. Both times they were very helpful, patient, resourceful, and price competitive. There are a lot of big companies in town, but AQS provides that local experience while still having the expertise (if not more) than the bigger HVAC companies in town. Our heating system saw it's last day a couple of days back, and my landlord called Air Quality Services quickly, and they responded just as fast and came out the next day, 12.23.2024. The diagnosis was quick, and they let us know we needed a new system. They were out TODAY, Christmas Eve! They were on time, quick, and super friendly! I would recommend AQS to all! 10 stars if that were an option!
