We placed a service call through our home warranty. They gave the service call to Air Quality. The guy came out stated we were low on the refrigerant for the AC unit. We have to pay $100 for any service call through our home warranty we have had nothing but great service with Home Warranty of America. Originally told me that he would be at my place in one hour, 45 min later he called and stated he wouldn't be able to make it until another hour. Another hour went by, still no one showed. Called and stated he was another 45 min out. Waited all day for him to show up...nothing. i called someone else to come out, with no response from this business owner. If I could give this company no stars I would this group of thieves took advantage of my elderly Aunt and Uncle .They called because the AC wasn't working thought maybe it was the thermostat the guy showed up charge them $90 labor fee and put a new battery in the thermostat then charged them and outrageous service call fee when it was all said and done it was $250 air conditioners still wasn't working we had to call Academy air they came out said the thermostat was working perfectly fine the problem was the actual air condit... read more

I used the business and received great service this is the second system that they have installed for me The first system lasted 26 years ,they were on time and did great job. This is a great service I highly recommend there service.

Beware! Do not hire! No matter the emergency call someone else! I'm in the construction industry and I have a fairly good knowledge of prices. This man will absolutely rip you off. Not a little over priced, but will positively steal from you. To the tune of: $137 for a $24 capacitor $150 for 20 minutes of washing your condenser $164 for an emergency call out, during business hours! Call someone else, literally anyone else, do not give this crook your money.
