I avoided writing this review for 6 months but our experience was so bad I felt it was imperative that I share it. Here are the facts of my central A/C install with Bruce and Air Handling LLC: 1) After completing the indoor unit install, Bruce the owner told me I would need two thermostats, one to control the A/C and one to control the heat. Bruce & team were very pleasant to deal with and pricing was great! They replaced my condenser and air handler to my central air system. Quick to respond to my inquiries and I'm a happy camper. :)
Best service ever. Our furnace conked out on Friday evening and the parts supplier had closed for the weekend. Bruce was able to convince the manager to open for him on Saturday, then he came back to our house late Saturday with parts to fix the furnace and restore heat for us. Cannot ask for more, Bruce is both knowledgeable capable and dedicated to providing excellent service to his customers.
