I wish there was an option to give no stars. This company is awful. They cheated us out of our money and never fixed our AC. They charged us $400 for coolant, but due to their negligence, they did not check over our entire system and did not find the cracked coil in our system, so all of the coolant leaked out, before we got to use it. They refuse to give us our money back. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone, and I hope they go out of business because all they do is scam people.
The fan was running but did not have heat. Called my home warranty, AHS, they referred me to Air Quality Heating. John came out the same day. He immediately determined and fixed the problem. Replaced limit switch.
Was told i could be squeezed in after last appointment which was 7pm for my a/c to be checked. No one showed up and no call.
