I am writing this to warn the community—and specifically those with elderly family members—about the deceptive business practices of Air Quality Consultants. What began as a clear, quoted price of $600 for two specific air quality tests quickly spiraled into an unauthorized and exploitative charge of over $2,000. My elderly mother was led to believe she was receiving a standard, necessary service. Mr. Heyder is a licensed mold inspector and certified in asbestos testing. He was professional, informative and very knowledgeable. Booked a next day walkthrough with him and he sent out tests same day. I had also had concerns that he addressed in a professional and timely manner. He was available to answer questions and square away next steps right away! Thank you!
