AC repair man/Honest and Reliable! My AC stopped working yesterday. After desperate attempts to reach a realiable A/C repair guy, and putting myself on wait list on three different service guys list with no guarantee until Tuesday, I looked at the reviews online of Abdul Barakat, and gave him a call at 9:45pm. He said he can come at 11pm the same day and said there was no extra charge!! I asked him what is the earliest he can come the next day, he said, 6:00am!! Saved us thousands of dollars! Abdul was WONDERFUL. We had been quoted a price for a brand new air conditioning/heating unit and as you can imagine it was well into the 7,000.00 range. We had Abdul come out and he fixed it in minutes. NO JOKE! My husband thought I was kidding. The price was less than the other company's service call fee!!!! What a great feeling to know that there is an honest company out there. Do not go anywhere else. I am telling everyone I know about them!
DETAIL ORIENTED Abdul is very detail oriented, knowledgable and efficient. He is always friendly. Excellent job at a great price. i recommend him on your next job, he is very dependable.
Will use the service again Abdul did a wonderful job, was on time and our AC unit was up and running with 20 minutes. He also did the chemical cleaning of the unit for us which was the root cause of the problem.
Outstanding Service OMG, this is one of the best and most professional places I have dealt with in years. I was scheduled for an 9-9:30 arrival time and ABDUL arrived at 8:55. He was professional and articulate about what needs to be done to get my furnaces working. It was right in the middle of freezing temperatures in Cary, so needless to say, it was very cold in the house. Last HVAC guy you'll ever call... Abdul is the 4th or 5th person Iâve called to work on our AC over the years and he will be the last one we call! Absolutely no concerns over his integrity or reliability⦠He diagnosed our broken AC in less than 5 minutes and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend I must agree with the other positive reviews. Abdul seems to be just an honest, hardworking guy. My Carrier heating unit was working off and on. Abdul came out within 30 minutes of me calling. Before he took a look at the unit I showed him how I could temporarily fix the unit but in doing so, everything worked fine while he was there. I will use Air Quality again if needed!!! My AC went out during a hot spell here in NC and I called Air Quality. Abdul answered the phone and was over in 45 minutes. Unfortunately, my system has a motherboard that went bad. Abdul tested many things to make sure he had the right diagnosis and he assured me that if he was wrong, I wouldn't have to pay for the part.
