Leo was my technician and he is wonderful. He checked over everything and cleaned all the parts. Made some recommendations.
Carlos and Terence were very efficient and informative. Very happy with the service
Carlos gave Great service to my air condition Thank you I gave Carlos a good review, but a week and a half later I found out they never flushed my drain line. Despite this, they tried to sell me expensive services and push me to renew my contract. When I declined, they didn’t finish the job or respond to my calls. I had to hire another company to flush the lines, so now I have to pay again. I would avoid Air Pros. They are all about up selling. Don’t do the job you go for up sell to bigger items.
Carlos ,Terrance ,& Shawn were all great gentlemen. They all tried to find the best solution for my supply duct that was cut in half by a animal, I highly recommend Carlos. A driven Tech!
