Earlier this evening, I had a young gentleman named Bobby, came out he gave me 2 filters for the big unit in my garage. He informed me that I had 2 filters, that were inside of my house on my ceiling, that were eventually going to cause problems to the efficiency of the unit, which was already happening. He grabbed his ladder and proceeded to take the filters down and even cleaned the vents!! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!
