If i could leave a zero star for this place i would . Our central ac went out the fall of 2023. Our lanlord paid this company to replace it with a new central ac unit in the summer of 2024. I had just had my baby in june of 2024 they came out the day after i got out of the hospital installed it . And told me and my husband we will be back tomorrow to put freon and oil in it and you will be good to go . Well next day came and they never showed up . ***UPDATE: we are not HVAC guys, so it took a while for this to sink in: hey Larry you neglected to install a condensate pump. We discovered this when we went into the basement to discover a large amount of water all over the floor. We called our son who IS an HVAC guy, and he called you a bad name. We needed a from-scratch install in a territorial-era masonry/adobe house, and Larry took care of us through the entire process of installing ductwork, registers, venting, and a high efficiency LP gas furnace. He required a paid estimate (credited toward the bill when we used Air Pros) which is more than fair, as he made a 200 mile round trip with an estimator.
