HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Called these guys to give an estimate to rehook up our HVAC in our single wide mobile home and never showed up the first time and was contacted a second time and came out only to say “ahh it doesn’t look good, it’s contaminated your better off getting a new system” saying all this without testing it for contamination, and quoted me about 10k for a new system and installed, I went and got a hold of Home Depot and they sent someone out and got it rehooked up for 2200. If i could leave a zero star for this place i would . Our central ac went out the fall of 2023. Our lanlord paid this company to replace it with a new central ac unit in the summer of 2024. I had just had my baby in june of 2024 they came out the day after i got out of the hospital installed it . And told me and my husband we will be back tomorrow to put freon and oil in it and you will be good to go . Well next day came and they never showed up . ***UPDATE: we are not HVAC guys, so it took a while for this to sink in: hey Larry you neglected to install a condensate pump. We discovered this when we went into the basement to discover a large amount of water all over the floor. We called our son who IS an HVAC guy, and he called you a bad name.
