Updating my review from 1 star to 3. Had good service today on the mini split unit from Carlos.
Wish I bought a new HVAC from a more reputable company. I bought a new ac and furnace 3 years ago and Have had many issues with the company that are still unresolved .
Called at 8pm and they were able to schedule me for the very next morning! Nicholas came and was so helpful, polite and thorough throughout him fixing my unit! I even ended up signing up for their yearly membership and will ask if he can be the tech to come back for service in the fall when the time comes. Highly recommend!
