Excellent customer service, very helpful and caring to work with me on resolving the problem ASAP. Immediately, after the submission of the claim to the dispatch… the technician called me and the problem with the AC was promptly resolved. Kudos to the customer service team and the technician! I wholeheartedly recommend AirPro.

About a year ago, I contacted Air Pros because the 30-year-old house I purchased wasn’t cooling. This is Florida—cooling isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. I had reached out to air pros for some assistance with my AC which suddenly did not power on my nest thermostat. I struggled a little bit because a lot of these HVAC repair places do not want to deal with Google nest products or anything of that kind. To my surprise, I had a technician come out named Barbaro who was patient and amazing.
