AIR PROS ONCE AGAIN FAILED! WE CALLED THEM TO COME OUT BECAUSE OUR AC THAT IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD DIED. WE GET TOLD THAT WE NEED A NEW COMPRESSOR ON A MACHINE THAT IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD AGAIN I REPEAT LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. NOT TO MENTION, WE’VE HAD NUMEROUS ISSUES SINCE THE INSTALLATION OF OUR MACHINE. THE MACHINE IS STILL NOT COOLING OUR HOUSE, ACCURATELY OR EVENLY. Great service from the original visit to discuss what needed to be done through the actual cleaning and sealing of our HVAC ductwork. Everyone was professional and did their jobs properly and courteously.
Dont do business with this company. My ac unit stop working so the tech James came out and told me the breaker was blown. I advise him to get me a quote on a new unit and they said 8,200 for a 4 ton 16 seers unit with my senior discount and previuos customer discount since they took over universal. I was installed a 4 ton 14.3 seers unit not a 4 ton 16 seers unit.I went to 3 different offices and the only one open is in Hollywwod and was told Erin will get back to me. That was over a week ago.
