I had reached out to air pros for some assistance with my AC which suddenly did not power on my nest thermostat. I struggled a little bit because a lot of these HVAC repair places do not want to deal with Google nest products or anything of that kind. AIR PROS ONCE AGAIN FAILED! WE CALLED THEM TO COME OUT BECAUSE OUR AC THAT IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD DIED. WE GET TOLD THAT WE NEED A NEW COMPRESSOR ON A MACHINE THAT IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD AGAIN I REPEAT LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. NOT TO MENTION, WE’VE HAD NUMEROUS ISSUES SINCE THE INSTALLATION OF OUR MACHINE. THE MACHINE IS STILL NOT COOLING OUR HOUSE, ACCURATELY OR EVENLY. Great service from the original visit to discuss what needed to be done through the actual cleaning and sealing of our HVAC ductwork. Everyone was professional and did their jobs properly and courteously.
