Scott actively listened to our needs and requests in planning replacement of a propane furnace with a heat pump system and walked us through a variety of options. He was responsive throughout the entire project planning process. Steve, Mariano and Sean arrived promptly at the scheduled installation time and courteously introduced themselves before getting to work. Once again we had air professionals to for routine maintenance. We have used them for years and trusted them to install replacements for both our AC and heating systems which we have 2 zone. Our technician Jonathan was friendly, thorough and yes! Used shoe booties on carpet. Always reliable.
