Tech fell asleep in yard, didn’t properly fix issues. We had to call another company who informed us he left something corrosive on the coils and they are bad. Luckily it’s under warranty from manufacturer.
John Z was professional and very knowledgeable in the field, helped me out in a critical time and I’ll use them going forward for any AC needs. 5/5!
John came out after ordering the part which another co put in wrong and burned up my motor. I appreciate his professional work and he is the best.
Called them on Wednesday night late. Picked up when I called after 8:30. Said they could be out on Thursday. Came out on Thursday and quickly assessed the situation and fixed my problem. Got me up and running immediately. I only had to suffer one night through not having any air-conditioning and he got me up and running. Came home after a long day and it was 72 and wonderful in my house. I appreciate you guys. Thank you for coming out so quickly and fixing my issue. Highly recommend. Very reasonable.
The guy was supposed to be at the house around 12pm, showed up around 2:30. He took a look at the heater and diagnosed the problem was the breaker. He asked a good time to return the next day to change the breaker, I told him 10:30am. I called at 10am the next day to confirm, he said he was close and would be there soon. Showed up at 2pm. Once he got here, he stayed parked in front of the house. I waited 20 min. to see how long before he got out the van.
