Today Upper Macungie would allow that under its zoning ordinance. We believe that issue should be addressed before we see that disaster scenario unfold. Upper Macungie Township. I was behind truck #517917 as it went over the Chesapeake City Bridge on 213 in Cecil County, Maryland. About half way over the bridge, something either fell off the truck or off the bridge and went under the truck. It got caught and he was then dragging it. 16April2019 @ approx 0210-0218 one of their truckers aggressively engaged my vehicle on 410 E in San Antonio TX and tried to force my vehicle into the wall 3 times and when trying to get the vehicles information the drive slowed and slammed on his breaks and then proceeded to try and drive me off the road.
