They came to my home. I told them before they came in. The air was already working, but they insisted to come in anyway I have my own filters and I told them I did not need them to do anything but they still want to charge me $99. I did not need them to diagnose anything cause I told them before I open the door explain to them that the air was working. Fantastic company! Mike was super knowledgeable and helped me get a better understanding of the anatomy of an HVAC unit. I was able to get both my furnace and AC replaced the very next day after receiving a quote (which was very reasonable and fair). The crew showed up on time, were professional, and cleaned up the work space once they were done. If you’re in the Rowan county area and have HVAC problems, DEFINITELY give these guys a call!
