They came to my home. I told them before they came in. The air was already working, but they insisted to come in anyway I have my own filters and I told them I did not need them to do anything but they still want to charge me $99. I did not need them to diagnose anything cause I told them before I open the door explain to them that the air was working. Fantastic company! Mike was super knowledgeable and helped me get a better understanding of the anatomy of an HVAC unit. I was able to get both my furnace and AC replaced the very next day after receiving a quote (which was very reasonable and fair). The crew showed up on time, were professional, and cleaned up the work space once they were done. If you’re in the Rowan county area and have HVAC problems, DEFINITELY give these guys a call! Highly recommend!
Horrible company..if I could give a zero I would. Came out to see e what the leading was on my ac and broke the switch. Never came back to fix or returned my calls!!!
I have used airpro for a few years. Mike did a great job installing a new system. But this year he has some guys working for them that just want the quick buck. I paid $400 for two service calls for my problem still not to be fixed. I have tried reaching out to no avail. Now I am coming up on this heatwave with no air and my 76 year old mom at home. I can no longer recommend this company and I have sang his praises for the past two years.
