THESE PEOPLE ARE A COMPLETE JOKE!!! I had the extreme misfortune of being assigned to Air Pro Master by my home warranty company for a toilet that just kept running. Tech visit 1 Plumber arrived and was dismayed that it was not just the flapper. I can, and did, change that myself. Why would I pay the home warranty company 100.00 service call fee for a 4.00 part?
