In my opinion and experience you should be very weary of the billing and hidden costs at AirPro. For instance you will be required to pay a $90 dollar “diagnostic fee,” you will also be on the hook for the technician to drive to your house/business at $120 dollars per hour. In my instance I followed him around for 3.5 hours while he did approximately one hour of work. I was also charged $600 for refrigerant or $60 dollars per pound. Needed help for a furnace issue. Received a quick call back on a Saturday. Corey the service man was prompt in showing up and very polite. Would call again if needed.

Outstanding service, Quality and Craftsmanship, Would definitely recommend to everyone. It is a pleasure to know that there are still great small companies out there that do care for the Customer, and put themselves in the Customers shoes.

Had an HVAC system installed by them in our house in August of 2008. From the start of the install, they were disorganized and unprofessional. They sold us on a system that would be capable of 2-speed operation, and only installed a system capable of 1-speed operation. Tried to up-sell us (for an additional $2,000.00) the 2-speed system we wanted in the first place, after the install was already completed.
