I have used Airpro a couple of times, and each experience was focused on repair rather than pushing for replacement. Every time, I felt informed, updated throughout the process, and confident that I was dealing with a professional and trustworthy company.
I would like to share my experience with air pro HVAC owner operator, Chris Bird. I made an appointment to have my heating and air routinely serviced. Chris came out at the exact appointment time. He serviced both units heating and air. Reviewed with me what was done. And his service fees were very reasonable. I would highly recommend air pro their professional, knowledgeable, and price wise very reasonable if you want it done right the first time call Chris at air pro HVAC. You won’t be disappointed.
My AC stopped blowing cool on the hottest day of the year. Air Pro was able to make it over and fix it on the same day. I thought that I was going to need a new unit but Chris was able to fix the issue with parts that he had in stock . Very professional and honest.
Air pro did an excellent job showed up promptly and showed out. Thanks for the good work i definitely will be using you guys again
