Cedric was great, thorough, informative, and respectful of my home. Jacob was great too and very respectful and informative and took the time to explain everything and explain our options.

Had this company install a system in Oregon and they overcharged me for the work performed.The system failed about a year after installation. The company stated they would not repair or replace the defective unit and also never completed the required Oregon permit process. No refund or compensation has been offered at this point.
