Trent was very thorough and friendly. He noticed an unexpected problem during the service and was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. He explained the fix and went through all of the work done on the service call.

We hired Service Patriots back in March of 2023. I know it's been along time since this service but I just found the paperwork. Please know, they put a $3000 + bandaid on our heat pump and 2 years later we had to replace our entire system costing over $20K. Complete waste of money going with this company and used Roth Home to replace our equipment. I DO NOT recommend this company.
