High-pressure sales company do not recommend. This is my third AC quote and involved the most high-pressure sales. They required my husband to be home which was inconvenient. They didn’t seem to really listen to me and what I already knew. They have a bunch of laminated sheets and four tier, pricing ability and yada yada yada yada. I was just not interested. Bought a 16,000 dollar HVAC system from them 3 years ago, my condensate pump went out and they charged me 600 dollars to replace it even though it's an 80 dollar part and the technician was here less than an hour not to mention that I waited all day and had to take time off work. Total of 1000 loss today for something that should have lasted at least 10 years. Terrible service but they did try to upsell me into buying their service warranty.
