Mikey and Max came to service our AC. They were on time, very respectful and helpful. They were great in explaining what they did. They also suggested a website to get affordable discount for our AC filter which I found very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend Mikey and Max as well as this company, Service Patriots!.
Drake serviced our HVAC system yesterday, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. He was thorough, communicative, and ensured everything was taken care of properly. He was also extremely courteous, even giving us a heads-up before making any loud noises due to our sleeping baby. Outstanding service from start to finish!
They came out after I visited Lowes online and found a unit that I was interested in so I asked Lowes for an quote for install. 4 ton conventional Goodman complete HVAC system (heater, air handler, outside compressor, etc). The guy that came out seemed Ok at first but then trued to convince me that the Lowes.com units were for DIY people only. Clearly this is not true. Jess and Greg were very professional and very informative during their service and presentation, we are very happy with the involvement our new system! Edwin, Noe, Rober came to my home, and removed the old and install a new one. These guys were wonderful and very professional. They had to spend some time getting the old one out. They installed the new one with ease. They even walkthrough the house to check on the vents. Dan came from electrical, and he did great work too. Not sure about price, but felt I paid a fair price for a complete new 4.0 Cubic Heater and AC. I was super happy and felt great about the unit, once I met the crew above, and they did the work.
