Our AC failed on a Saturday afternoon that was 107'F. AirPro was the only HVAC that responded despite others claiming to have open hours. Based on what I was able to tell him on the phone (buzzing sound but no house fan), he hoped it was only a capacitor that needed replacing rather than the whole fan. He was able to quickly diagnose, he had the capacitor on hand, and we were up and running in under 20 minutes. Showed up promptly. Realistic with his timelines. Discussed work and estimated costs before actually doing any of the work. Called later that day to make sure the unit was running correctly after he had finished. Even came out the next day when there was another small problem that had appeared overnight and got it working. Absolutely would recommend.

I thought Mike had some friends helping with his reviews. However I stand corrected. I have never used Mike service nor had I ever met him. Our air went out at 5pm one evening after suffering an intolerable night. I called Mike at 6 am he returned my call at 6:40am. He agreed to come by at 9am THE SAME DAY. That's unheard of in Redding. Even my normal A/C company could not come out for a week. Mike showed up at 9 and had my A/C fixed in 1 hour at what i feel was a is reasonable price.
