Maintenance technician called to let me know he was on the way and approx time of arrival. Was exceptional knowledge and answered all my concerns.
OMG!!! What can I say, when the customer service person told me that my technician would arrive between 1pm-3pm to correct my heating issue, I said sure. I will be here waiting. But when Brandon arrived early at 11:30am, corrected the problem, performed the system maintenance check, and didn’t kill my pocket $$$. I was over the moon. I’ve been a customer of Air Pro since 2021 when they installed my Air Conditioning system. They have been professional from day one. Thanks again for your service.
