Our AC went out and had air pro come check it out. They put a new capacitor in, and “cleaned” our AC unit. Said everything was good, checked the inside unit said it was good. AC immediately started freezing up that same night. So we called Premier Heating & Air and they got the issue fixed. Air pro skipped crucial cleaning steps of the AC, which we paid for, and didn’t take a full look at the inside unit, which needed cleaning as well . Brandon was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. He left to answer another service call while we let the unit defrost. I was able to get the unit fixed while he was gone. When I called Air-Pro and asked them to invoice me for the service call, they told me there was no charge. I will be calling them for any issues in the future. Very Classy

Brandon was great! I called because my heat was out and he came right away. He kept me informed all the way and did not talk down to me. He explained about their maintenance program but did not get pushy about it. I appreciate all he did. I have heat again and the price was lower than I had anticipated!
