Arrived on time, early even. Explained to us the scope of work clearly and explicitly. Covered our flooring all the way to the work area and took off their foot wear. Gave us all the time , focused and deliberate that they had until the job was done and all the old equipment was packed up and hauled away. Before that however, we were taken through the finished job and how to use it, care for it and finally how to use the new thermostat. Kind, patient and respectful gentlemen. My experience with this company was stellar from start to finish. I woke up to a dead furnace and called Air Heating before 7am. Within 15 minutes Michael called me back and showed up in the next half hour. He was refreshingly professional and friendly and not pushy or condescending. By 10 am Ethan and Gled were at my home starting the removal and new furnace install. Ethan and Gled were amazing - respectful, hard working, and thorough. Airpoint is the best service company I’ve ever used They are on time , even early , staff is helpful and caring If you have a problem they come over asap We just got a new furnace and Vadim and his right hand man were fantastic I’ve been with them for at least 17 years and can still say that they are the very best
