Michael S. came out for a routine furnace inspection. He was polite, respectful and most important he is knowledgeable about his work. He explained the things he was doing and was honest about the condition of my furnace. He suggested options and was not pressure selling things. I've been a Cosby customer for a while and have recommended them to family and friends. I am very happy with Michael's work and Cosby as a company. And thank you, Michael, for your service in our U.S. military!
