When our 2 nd air conditioner unit failed we called Air Plus. He came out that same morning, diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the part and was out of here before I knew it. He listened to all my concerns and answered them all. We asked for a quote for a new unit for the future. The called us with it the next day. Air Plus was very professional, efficient and fair.

Very professional. I rated customer service a 3.5 because I called to tell them I was running a little late, and the contractor had forgotten to write down my appt. He was able to keep the appt, though, so maybe I'm just being picky. Also, he definitely knew his stuff!! I hired him again to perform AC service maintenance on my other property.
