Would absolutely use again. Great customer service. I also had to cancel on them a couple of times and they were very understanding and nice about it. It’s hard to find a company that will service an old furnace, which we appreciated (although we did end up buying a new one).
Disconnected the gas furnace, and installed HVAC in 3 room.
The service was fast and efficient, with great communication throughout. The technician who came to do the repair was professional and pleasant. Everything was completed within two hours of my initial contact, and it was done on a weekend during a heat wave — really impressive!
