It was nearly impossible to get a straight answer about costs or timelines. We kept getting vague responses and inconsistent information from different staff members.
A leak started after their plumbing work, and they denied any responsibility—even though it was clearly related to the job they did. Had to hire another plumber to fix their mess.
The HVAC install was rushed, and the thermostat wiring was left exposed. We had to call them back to fix basic things that should’ve been done right the first time.
We scheduled service a week in advance, but they showed up on the wrong day and acted like it was our fault. Very unprofessional and frustrating to deal with.
My AC unit wasn’t blowing cold air. So, I requested a quote for AC repair in the morning. I was able to get someone to come to do the diagnostic in the afternoon. Sergei came and found the cap on the freon chamber was loose. I can’t believe how much freon costs these days. But it needed to be replenished in order for my AC to blow cold air. Sergei charged it up and got my unit working well again.
