I am dealing with an issue of Air Performance Heating & Air charging me for HVAC inspection service that they most likely didn't perform because the heater isn't working from first time turning it on since the service. When I called to ask them to come back out and perform the HVAC inspection they said they would have to charge me another $95 service.
