When ever we have an issue, he will send someone out A.S.A.P to fix the issues w/our AC. He gets us up and going pretty fast. I have been using Air Patrol for about 5 years, and over that time, all my home HVAC equipment has been replaced and serviced by them. Their work has consistently been of the highest quality, and their service, when needed, has been prompt and effective. Their prices are reasonable, and they only install quality components. Shawn is doing a great job providing service to the metroplex. I wouldn't recommend any other company!
We have used their services for several years. Their technicians are always very professional, on time, respectful, and polite. They will never try to sell you something that you don't need. Be aware of technicians that get paid based on commission. Air Patrol technicians are paid by the hour, so they are very trustworthy and will not try to sell you stuff you don't need.
