I've had a somewhat of a not good experience living here the last year it office staff is good but the rules and privacy is lacking for individuals go around recording people’s property and trailers and vehicles and in the middle of the night walk around your trailer the rules that are signed in the office to have your dog on a leash at all times is not followed picking up after your dog is not followed. We stored our daughter's vehicle there that we were gonna give her for Christmas for a present. They "lost our paperwork and any record of the first 3 months of storage rent" that we paid. They put a boot on the vehicle. We weren't able drive it. We didn't have time to sit there for hours to let the battery charge. So the batter deid. They reluctantly agreed to take the Boot off even though it was their fault in the first place. After having the boot on for a month. We have a dead battery and no compensation.
