This review is long overdue. I have used Air Oracle several times over the last couple of years and they are just the kindest people! Very thorough and they gave me options instead of throwing out a huge price. I have worked with other AC companies before and was never happy with the service.
The Air Oracle team are first class. I found them from the numerous neighbor recommendations and signed up for their annual preventative service plan years ago. Unlike other companies who always seemed to find supposedly significant issues with my system, they gave my systems a clean bill of health for years. When they did find small things they would send me a quote but it was never pushy. Last year my capacitors were bad but their cost was 1/4 what I had paid many years earlier.
