Really pleased they were able to get me in on a Sunday or Memorial Day weekend. Got my AC working again pretty quickly.
We called Air Oracle on a Friday just after they closed. They quickly called back and scheduled us for Saturday on Memorial Day weekend! Omar came out and was fantastic! He was very professional and detailed what needed to be done and answered any questions I had. They are also very fair in their charges too. We have used them in the past, and honestly we would not call anyone else! I usually don't do reviews but they really deserve 5+ stars!
Great communication from the scheduling of the appointment to arrival time to work being completed. Priced well for service on three units and super professional throughout. Highly recommend! They offered a complimentary follow up visit to further discuss findings from the first visit and again prompt, excellent communication, and professional. Never fun to have AC work but they are great to work with.
Air oracle came with good recommendation from my bf and his family. Had my compressor and coils replaced - good communication and options provided by their diagnostic team (Johny) and a very hard working crew that came out for install date (Ivan). Also - they were either on time or early for their appointments. I know that can’t always happen but I appreciated their promptness! Thank you guys so much!
