The Air One Tech technician who came out to my house, Fardeen Ferozi, was awesome. He took the time to explain the different features of my HVAC system to me and gave me some very helpful maintenance tips.
Very professional and priced appropriately
I've used Air One Tech for repairs in the past, but today was the first time they installed new Heat pump and a water heater for my family. We've got a new Trane XR15 split system heat pump along with a 50G electric water heater. Elmer, Jose and Andres were the guys performing the installation. Fardeen Ferozi was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was punctual, and did a thorough job. He also provided good advice on how to maintain the system. I highly recommend their services.
