Air One does a Fantastic job... technician Richard is Awesome...he has serviced my AC unit twice within the last 5 years... very knowledgeable, respectful, and very thorough... he gave me the opportunity to chose a package that best suit my needs without breaking my bank... and no added pressure... Tankless water heater flush was done. Nice guy Didn’t really fix my issue. Or tell me how much , showed me photos of issues, but no real resolution.Tried to sell me a membership which I was not interested in at moment due to wanted to know the issues first. . Wanted a resolution. None given . If they would have given me reasonable resolution or something that helped. I would have considered joining. If I don’t know how they work, why would I join..
