The technicians that came out were very friendly and explained exactly what they had to do for the repair.
These guys are the best, I was working with a Home Warranty company and a local AC repair vendor that was sent to the home, total scam, I was told that my brand new AC system was dead and I needed a new Compressor, I followed my instinct and sought out a second opinion, only to find out that the issue was just a burned out wire. Please tell me how a tech can miss a burned wire vs a locked out compressor, sound like someone is trying to get a quick payoff.
