Technician Richard III arrived on time as usual with a smile. He performed my annual maintenance for my air conditioning and heating systems. Replaced my filter with a new one. Asked if the air ducts were still doing good to my satisfaction. He also told me about a new device that could be installed to me air conditioner to help save on energy. The information was helpful. Air One is great! All their employees have been friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful. Air One has done my entire heating/Air conditioning and duct installation and everything's been going great. Richard and his team run a truly reliable business that I would definitely recommend 👍

Richard is a great technician. He is honest, responsive and explains in detail. His work is exceptional. I trust Richard's recommendation for repairs 200%.Full disclosure, Air One is a bit pricey but I pay for quality and I have Full confidence the repairs are done correctly with quality parts. My 30 year old air conditioner is working at exceptional levels.
