It did not help me. I contacted Air-O to see what was wrong with my drain pipe. I was told that it was the condenser that went bad and they have to replace it. It cost $500. The condenser on line cost $85:00 same brand. The company assigned 2 men to take out the item from a small box. One opened the box took out the old condenser while the other man stood up to write my bill. The office said it was a hour job but it took 13 minutes to do the job. This same job 2 years ago cost $180.
