Air Now replaced our AC in June of 2019. Within a week, the coil proved to be defective. Air Now removed the coil and never returned. They promised to replace the coil quickly. We have now been waiting for a year. Despite multiple calls, which have resulted in multiple failures to show with no call, there has been no response.

Their advertising say 24 -7 when I called last night they said 630 in morning , then I called him back an hour later they said between 830 and nine took off work stayed home all day nobody showed up by 10 call Matthew he said when I called him around 11 am no one still showed I called him he didn't answer left a message saying I was going to call another service

Only 1 star because I needed to post! People please beware of this company. First let me start by saying I manage a business unfortunately people like to use social media to bash others. This is not a bash because I didn't get my way! The following is in hopes that nobody else has to go through what I've been going through for the last few weeks.
