Outstanding customer service, techs and experience. When our family was in time of need during off hours (meaning 9:30 at night on a Sunday) I literally text the owner who gave us his number originally when they first installed the units, he had dispatch call us and set up to get someone out right away and fix our issue to give us air again on one of the hottest days in a long time. James deserves a raise! I am so pleased with his service. He listened to what I had to say and knew what the problem was immediately. Less than an hour on my side yard and my unit was up and running🤙🏻 fast reliable service if you ask me.

My AC was running but it wasn't cooling. I called Air Now and they sent a tech out the same day. Leo arrived and was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and had the system up and running. I appreciate the quick response and the honest repair. You never know who will show up and try and take advantage of you these days. Air Now surely did us right. A big thank you to Leo and Kelly.
